Terms and Conditions
Domain and Hosting Services
- Domain Registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
- Hosting Services: Hosting fees are to be paid in advance according to the selected plan.
- Cancellation:Hosting services can be canceled with a 3-day . Refunds for prepaid hosting services will be prorated.
Website Development Services
- Payment: 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. Full payment is due upon completion of the project.
- Refunds: If the project is canceled by us or due to unprofessional behavior, the advance payment will be refunded. No refund will be provided if the project is canceled by the client when it’s 50% complete.
- Completion Time: Custom website development will be completed in 15 business days. WordPress website development will also be completed in 15 business days. Ecommerce website development will be completed in 20 to 25 business days, with additional time possible based on functionality.
(The time will negotiable) - Theme and Plugins: We will use a free theme for WordPress websites. If you require corporate themes or functionalities, you must purchase them separately.
- Product Upload: Only 10 products will be uploaded by us upon completion of your ecommerce store.
- Changes and Updates: Additional changes and updates are available through our monthly package or payable on an hourly basis.
WordPress Issue Fixing Services
- Payment: 50% Payment in advanced and full payment is required after the issue has been fixed.
- Refunds: Refunds are provided only if the issue cannot be fixed.
- Turnaround Time: Issues will be resolved within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Software Development Services
- Payment: 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. Full payment is due upon completion of the project.
- Refunds: If the project is canceled by us or due to unprofessional behavior, the advance payment will be refunded. No refund will be provided if the project is canceled by the client when it’s 50% complete.
- Completion Time: The timeline for software development will be provided based on the project requirements.
